The role
Anna already has a great team around her, she is just looking an additional support worker to complete her dream team. She needs people who are robust and who can enjoy her interests with her. She can have some difficult times and so it is important that you are someone who can see passed this and promote the good times with her. She needs self-motivated people who have good communication skills and who are encouraging towards her. Anna is looking for staff who will be patient with her and who can confidently support her in the community, she needs people who can maintain boundaries and who have empathy for the journey she has been on. Choose Care provides bespoke support and assisted living for people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, brain injury, autism and other social and emotional needs. We specialise in working with people who are leaving long-term institutional care settings such as hospital or group residential care and need support to live independently.
